April 8th- Happy Birthday Aunt Michelle! I’m excited about our big birthday lunch.  Can’t wait for all us to get together.  Thanks for being such a great aunt and a wonderful mother to my sweet cousins.  Have a great day! I love you.

April 10th- Happy Birthday to my baby brother, Michael! It makes me sad, how old we’re getting.  I remember our childhood like it was just yesterday.  I hope your birthday is everything you wish for.  I love you very much!

April 28th-Happy Birthday John Peyton! I love how excited you get about the smallest things. I love buying your birthday gifts because I can’t wait to see your beautiful eyes light up. We are so lucky to have you,you keep us going! We love you!

Home away from Home

So while we were at Dixie Nationals this year we did a lot of shopping.  I always get excited to see what great things we can find.  There are so many useful and unique things.  We admired many items, but the thing we admired most, we brought home.

We are super pumped about our new investment. We love our horses, riding and all the comforts of home. 

What did we purchase? A new horse trailer of course!  We LOVE our new trailer.  It has tons of room for us and our horses, not to mention it’s pretty cozy.

A sweet reminder…

When I saw this…I couldn’t help but smile.  Such a sweet reminder that God is still in control.  He is the very reason we can rise each morning and live in the presence of such wonderful blessings.  With all the terrible things going on in the world today, I know He will be coming back soon. But isn’t it great that He so graciously continues to give us hope and the little things that we do not deserve.

I want to remember two special people today.  Today is my Nanny and Pawpaw’s 56th anniversary.  March 19th will mark two years since he left us to be with Jesus.  I know he is celebrating today.  I pray God comforts my Nanny today, I know today…March, will be extremely painful for her.  It is for us all. 

I am so happy that my grandparents were united and that their marriage was an example to me. I am thankful for faithful family members who love one another, but most importantly they love the Lord.

I just want to tell this man how much I love him. I know God sent him to me…for strength, discipline, compassion, patience, and so much more. You are my best friend, you make me laugh the hardest and you always make things better. I know we don’t always agree, but I know at the end of the day we’ve got each other to cling to. And as our sweet Lord promises, Joy comes in the morning.  Thanks for being you…my best friend, my love, my soul mate. You are the best husband I could have ever asked for; and I know one day you will be an awesome daddy. I love you always.

March 7- Happy Birthday Kari! Hope you have a wonderful day.

March 9- Happy Birthday Mama! I hope it is everything you wished for. Thanks for believing in me no matter what path I may take.  Thanks for giving me the independance to become who I am today.  I am really looking forward to our usual Birthday lunch. I love you mama!

March 17- Happy Birthday Emilee! I cannot believe how fast you are growing up! I am getting old…  It is so hard to believe you will be a teenager. No matter how old you get…you will always be my little LeeLee.  I am so proud of you and the young lady you are becoming.  Keep your eyes on Jesus.  You are such a joy and we love you so much!

March 29- Happy Birthday D!- You are the best step mother anyone could ask for.  Thanks for taking care of my Dad and my Lacey Bug.  Thanks for always being here, just to listen to me ramble about all the things life brings our way.  Hope you have a great day, you deserve it. Much Love!
